A new burger restaurant, launched by the team behind Evesham's first burger bar, is to be launched in the town later this year.

StirrUps will launch its new venture on the site of the former Outside Inn pub on Market Place in the centre of the town and will offer a selection of tasty smash burgers, sides and overloaded fries.

Originally founded in 2018 as a catering and events cocktail business, StirrUps was reborn in June 2020 with a home delivery offering during lockdown.

Passionate about maintaining authenticity, the team make all of their own burger patties using locally-sourced, grass-fed cow meat from a nearby farm.

Speaking of the new venue, Dan Walker of StirrUps, said: “Launching something delicious and exciting in Evesham is something the team and myself are all incredibly proud of. Everyone has worked really hard over the past year and having a physical space to call our own is only the start of great things to come. We have lots of exciting things planned...

“Starting a new venture during a global pandemic is always pretty daunting, but over the past 9 months, it’s been wonderful to do something positive for the town. With the latest Government announcement, and the roadmap in place for hospitality venues opening up again, we feel this comes at a great time. Hopefully, positive news stories like this can offer some reassurance of the good things to come.”
