Worcester Arts Workshop plays host to two evenings of Old School and Acid House tunes this month, the alternative to Christmas carols and music with mince pies!

DJ Ed Steelfox will be on the decks for the Worcester Arts Workshop Old School Christmas Disco on Friday 21 December, from 9pm until Midnight.

DJ Ed Steelfox will be mixing, mashing and blending Christmas party favourites with hot requests from the dance floor.

A local DJ with a massive Worcester following, he is guaranteed to play lots of festive crowd pleasers, skipping through genres as though tearing off wrapping paper and throwing the end-of-term bash to bring the festive run-up to its knees.

The newly refurbish upstairs bar The Third Space  will be open earlier in the evening for drinks and refreshments, so visitors to the Workshop can meet prior to the Disco and get the party started.

Tickets for Worcester Arts Workshop Old School Christmas Disco with DJ Ed Steel Fox on Friday 21 December are £10 per person.

The following evening on Saturday 22 December, Worcester Arts Workshop welcomes Birmingham band Ivory Wave with their Christmas Catastrophe.

Rapidly becoming known for their ‘acid house indie’ style of music, Ivory Wave are returning to Worcester for this one off Christmas show.

Tickets for Ivory Wave’s Christmas Catastrophe on Saturday 22 December at 7pm are £6-£8 on the door. Please note, 18+ only.

Taking place downstairs at Worcester Arts Workshop in intimate club style venues, The Theatre and The Vaults, The Old School Christmas Disco and Ivory Wave’s Christmas Catastrophe will be the perfect pre-Christmas night out and celebration with friends.
