The stars are certainly aligning for Irish singer-songwriter CMAT (Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson), whose latest album, Euro-Country, looks set to make an even bigger splash than 2023’s Crazymad, For Me - the record that made the music industry really sit up and take notice of the talented 29-year-old. “Euro-Country is, I think, the best thing I have ever made,” says CMAT. “I felt, halfway through recording, that it was the most important record I’ve made for myself… mainly because it was making me go crazy.”
