That’s the premise of Rosalie Minnitt’s splendidly demented comedy, a show set ‘roughly in the past’ which is described by its publicity as a story about sickly sisters, self-love and Sylvanian Families. 
If you’re a fan of Jane Austen and/or hit Netflix series Bridgerton, this impressively imaginative production is well worth a look.
