Digbeth spot Cafe Lovelife has announced its closure.

Located on Floodgate Street, the cafe was inspired by travels across the Mediterranean, and combined that with a passion for relaxed social dining.

An email sent via DesignMyNight, which manages Cafe Lovelife bookings on the restaurant's website, read: "We just wanted to let you know that unfortunately Cafe Lovelife will be closing and our final day of trading being Sunday February 1, so we're unable to host your booking after this date

"Thank you so much for your understanding and for all the love and support - it truly means a lot to us."
