Bringing together musicians from the United Kingdom, the US, China and France, the Kyan Quartet is five years old, bursting with talent, and equally at home playing in international concert halls or community settings such as primary schools and care homes. 

With a repertoire that features not only classical but also contemporary and folk music, they appear in Ludlow as part of the Assembly Rooms’ Wednesday Concert Series. The programme includes works by Haydn, Debussy, Shostakovich and Soviet-Russian composer Sofia Gubaidulina.
