The Buttermarket has announced one of its biggest and most exclusive gigs to date, as acclaimed singer-songwriter Frank Turner brings his intimate 'Acoustic & In-Conversation' show to the venue on Sunday 8 November.

The special fully seated event will see the multi-million-selling artist perform stripped-back acoustic versions of songs from across his celebrated career, alongside an in-depth interview hosted by BBC Radio 6 Music presenter Chris Hawkins.

Unlike Frank Turner's renowned high-energy full band concerts—which regularly sell out venues with capacities of over 2,000 people—this unique evening offers fans the rare opportunity to experience one of Britain's most respected live performers in an intimate setting, complete with stories behind the songs, audience Q&A and exclusive acoustic performances.

The Buttermarket is proud to be one of only two UK venues selected to host this exclusive format.

Since emerging from the post-hardcore band Million Dead, Frank Turner has become one of the UK's most successful independent artists, releasing ten Top 40 albums, headlining festivals around the world and building a reputation as one of the hardest-working live performers in modern music.

Hosted by Chris Hawkins of BBC Radio 6 Music, the evening promises an honest and entertaining insight into Frank's remarkable career, alongside stripped-back performances of many fan favourites.
