Hunt the Queen's Hare
A giant hare is hiding in plain sight - tall of body but with little legs - so you’ll need sharp eyes to spot it! To help you on your quest, follow the trail of golden eggs, said to have been gifted to Queen Elizabeth I, which will guide you through the grounds.
Once you’ve successfully located the hare, you’ll be rewarded with a small Easter treat - because every good Tudor adventurer deserves a sweet reward.
Hot Cross Royal Pardons!
On Easter weekend history comes alive with an extra special Easter show, hosted by Queen Elizabeth I and her travelling court.
The infamous bakers of Winchcombe stand accused of making and selling illegal hot cross buns. Justice must be served - but the verdict is yours. Should the bakers receive the Royal Pardon, or should they lose the right to make hot cross buns forever?
Expect laughter, drama, audience participation and plenty of Tudor mischief in this family-friendly historical performance.
