Fitness legend Mr Motivator is heading to Telford this summer as part of the newly announced Night Glow entertainment line-up, with just one month to go until the return of the Telford Balloon Fiesta.
Telford & Wrekin Council are encouraging residents and visitors to book their Night Glow tickets and get ready for a spectacular Bank Holiday weekend of hot air balloons, family entertainment and unforgettable experiences.
Taking place at Telford Town Park's QEII Arena from Friday 28 - Sunday 30 August, the event will once again bring thousands of visitors together for one of the Borough's most popular annual celebrations. The weekend begins with the ticketed Night Glow on Friday evening, followed by two days of free family entertainment across Saturday and Sunday. Visitors can also enjoy the much-loved Telford Carnival on Sunday, adding even more colour, community spirit and family fun to the weekend's programme.
The Night Glow’s entertainment will be hosted by Paul Shuttleworth and will feature a mix of live music, fire dance and family shows featuring:
- Arco Loveheart
- Boardroom Café Science Show
- Mr Motivator
- Alfie Hayward
- Fire Dance
- The spectacular Night Glow finale
Visitors will have the chance to enjoy live performances and entertainment throughout the evening before the much-anticipated Night Glow display, when illuminated hot air balloons light up the night sky in a choreographed show set to music.
Night Glow tickets are still available and offer an affordable family evening out, with family tickets priced at £8, adult tickets £2.50 and child tickets £1.50.
The celebrations continue throughout the Bank Holiday weekend with the free Balloon Fiesta taking place from 12pm to 7pm on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August, featuring live music, family activities, food and drink, appearances from the Wings Parachute Team and, weather permitting, hot air balloon launches at 6am and 6pm each day.
