Telford Theatre may be closed until late next year, but that isn’t stopping the venue from providing Shropshire audiences with a programme of varied entertainment this autumn.

The theatre is mounting its shows in other venues and is presenting an eclectic line-up of productions across the next few weeks. Highlights include tribute shows Tina Live: The Tina Turner Experience and Forever Elton - both showing at the Little Theatre, Donnington (on Friday 10 and Friday 17 October respectively). There’s also children’s show The Witch Who Couldn’t Sleep (The Anstice, Madeley, Sunday 26 October), Oddsocks Productions’ Florence Nightingale: The Lady With The Hammer (also at The Anstice, Wednesday the 29th) and Grandad Anansi (pictured, Belmont Hall, Wellington, Sunday 2 November).

The venue’s Christmas show, a pantomime production of Cinderella, shows at Telford International Centre from Tuesday 16 December to Friday 2 January.
