The festive fun may be a distant memory, but don’t fear, Leogland Discovery Centre Birmingham is bringing you a January full of joy as it launches its Mini Master Model Builder UK competition.
The competition, which will put children who enter in either the Birmingham or Manchester Legoland Discovery Centre’s against each other, starts on 7 January and will run every Saturday and Sunday until 5 February. Children in both cities (18 years of age and under) will be tasked with building their most spectacular Lego creations in the dedicated competition areas within Legoland Discovery Centre Birmingham and Manchester.
The Lego creation deemed the best each weekend, at each attraction, will be entered into the semi-final. After 5 February, Birmingham and Manchester’s best Lego builders will be decided by the Global Master Model Builder, with the winners announced on each Legoland Discovery Centre’s social channels.
The winners from each attraction will then go head-to-head in a decisive challenge to create a build that replicates either Birmingham or Manchester. The entries will be judged by both Legoland Discovery Centres and the Global Master Model Builder with the overall winner being crowned the UK’s Mini Master Model Builder. Not only that, but the winner’s creation will be placed in Miniland, they will receive a £500 voucher to be spent in a Legoland Discovery Centre store and up to four Gold Merlin Annual Passes. The runner up will win Local Annual Passes for their family.
Entry into the Mini Master Model Builder UK competition is included in your entry to Legoland Discovery Centre.
