South African-born New Zealand comic & actress Urzila Carson’s career in comedy is certainly going from strength to strength, not least thanks to her deadpan delivery of delightfully self-deprecating material.
Last year making a splash in hit Netflix rom-com Kinda Pregnant, she’s visiting the West Midlands region with latest stand-up offering Fatty On A Yacht. Urzila describes the show as being “for anyone who’s ever tried to squeeze into a space - physical or social - and thought ‘This can’t be right.’”
