This summer, North Staffs Mind has teamed up with Churnet Valley Railway to hold an unforgettable event set in a stunning private venue that you can only reach by train.
Taking place on Saturday 26 July, the train departs from Froghall Station at 10:30, and returns from Consall at 17:21.
Four bands have been confirmed to perform at the Rhythm n Rail event, including The John Street Revival, Lucas Marks and the Glorious Unknown, Lovers Hi Fi and The Charlie Farley Band.
The live music kicks off at midday but you don’t have to stay all afternoon. Anyone wanting to swap some ‘Rhythm’ for a bit more ‘Rail’ can jump on the 13:42 to Ipstones and then jump back off at Consall at 15:32 on their way back for the rest of the afternoon’s music. The live music runs until 17:00 in time for the return train to Froghall at 17:21.
100% of every ticket purchased goes to North Staffs Mind to help in their fight for those struggling with poor mental health in Staffordshire and Mid Cheshire to get the support they need.
The venue is very limited so tickets are in short supply. The return rail fair and event entry is included in the ticket cost.
Adult early bird tickets are £25 (+ booking fee). Children 16 and under are £10 (+ booking fee) and children 4 and under are free. (A ticket must still be purchased for 4 and under, for visitor number monitoring).
