Burton on Trent’s Brewhouse Arts Centre is this month hosting a new exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of the end of World War Two, Our Freedom: Then & Now.

Available to view from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 30 November, the show’s highlights include: an installation celebrating the women who kept Burton’s breweries running during wartime; an artwork created by local community groups, reflecting on what freedom means to them; and a specially commissioned poem by Staffordshire Poet Laureate Scarlett Ward.
