Crewe Lyceum has announced it will host two workshops for young people interested in dance and drama this Februatry half term.

On Thursday 22 February, professional choreographer Lissie Carlile, who has worked as a solo dance and drama artist for the last ten years, with run the 'Dance In A Day' workshop.

Attendees will learn dance routines to smash-hit songs from the musicals Matilda and The Greatest Showman, as well as creating their own. Sharing back their moves to friends and family at the end of the day in the Studio Theatre.

No previous experience necessary, as this workshop is designed for beginners and for those wishing to develop their dance skills further.

Whilst a 'Play In A Day' workshop will run on Friday 23 February, where you will develop your own characters, write your own script, and perform to your friends and family in the Studio Theatre. This day is all wrapped in learning different drama techniques and exploring your creativity.

No previous experience necessary, as this workshop is designed for beginners and for those wishing to develop their acting and devising skills further.
