The National Memorial Arboretum has launched advanced ticket sales for its annual winter light trail.

The event, running from Friday 4 to Tuesday 22 December will welcome hundreds of visitors of all ages to experience the site under a different light, with its vast grounds and various memorials illuminated in vibrant colours and interactive displays.

This year, to mark the estate’s year-long 25th anniversary celebrations, a number of key, heartfelt stories, which played an important role in developing the Arboretum’s legacy since its inception in 2001 will be highlighted in the installations along the approximately 1.2-mile-long trail.

“Every year, families return to witness the Arboretum’s stories brought to life in a completely new light,” said Neill Martin-Hoare, Head of Events at the National Memorial Arboretum.

“This December, the trail will once again include powerful storytelling moments. Many of the installations will complement our year-long ‘25 Years Of…’ programme, celebrating the milestones and moments that have shaped our history so far as we look towards the future.”

Families can anticipate sparkling light installations, interactive experiences and an immersive winter atmosphere. These colourful displays bring stories of Remembrance to life, with visitors frequently returning year after year to enjoy the reimagined experience.

Each twist and turn of the path will open up the opportunity for sharing inspirational stories, as visitors explore this magical space. Early booking is recommended to secure tickets for this frequently sold-out annual event.
