A brand new restaurant bar has opened in Burton upon Trent.
Owned by Burton native, DJ Nathan Dawe, Isabel's is based in the former BrightHouse furniture shop on Station Street. The town centre venue has undergone an extensive £500,000 refurbishment and has been described as a 'high end restro-bar'.
Isabel's runs as a family-friendly restaurant until 9pm, where it then transforms into a cocktail bar.
Former head chef Tony Poole and sous chef Cory Gooding from ‘Pascals at The Old Vicarage’ are in charge of the restaurant's culinary offerings, with the menu offering dishes such as lobster and seafood brioche roll and sticky beer braised pork belly, amongst others.
