Liam Dillon, the patron chef at The Boat restaurant in Lichfield, has announced that he is going head-to-head against Stuart Deeley in the fourth round of his versus events.
On 28 May, Stuart Deeley, a celebrated British chef, renowned for winning the 2019 series of MasterChef, will arrive at The Boat, to have a cook-off against Liam Dillon in the restaurant’s versus series. Since MasterChef, Stuart took on the role of Head Chef at Wilderness, and in 2021 he launched his own restaurant ‘Smoke’ at Hampton manor, earning 3 AA rosettes and a recommendation in the Michelin Guide.
Both chefs will cook three courses each. Served to the customers blind, each dish will be scored by the diners. At the end of the evening once all scores are counted, one winner will take the crown.
Tickets are £100 per person, where guests can expect six exceptional dishes with a competitive edge behind them. Tickets are available to purchase here.
