The Tawny has become the first hotel in Staffordshire to be awarded three AA Rosettes for its restaurant - The Plumicorn.
This prestigious accolade places The Tawny at the forefront of the county’s hospitality and dining scene - recognising exceptional culinary standards and creativity.
Set within the rewilded 70-acre estate, The Plumicorn restaurant has earned a reputation for refined, modern cuisine rooted in seasonal produce. Led by Executive Chef Andrew Watts the menus are innovative and take inspiration from modern British and French cuisine, with Nordic influences.
AA inspectors praised the excellent dining experience at The Plumicorn, complimented by the spectacular backdrop of the rewilded estate - commenting that a memorable dining is assured.
Josh Chadwick, General Manager of The Tawny, says: “To become the first hotel in Staffordshire to achieve 3 AA Rosettes is an incredibly proud moment for us all. This award reflects the passion, dedication and talent of our entire restaurant team.
