The Two Pigs pub by chef Liam Dillon in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, has announced a line up of guest chef takeovers happening this winter, including appearances from Dave Wall from The Unruly Pig (theUK’s number one gastropub), Stuart Deeley of Mallory Court and MasterChef winner, and celebrity chef Simon Rimmer.
The one-off events will see lhe leading chefs takeover The Two Pigs kitchen to go back to back with head chef Beth Hipwell, together creating a five course feast. Each guest chef will prepare three standout courses, whilst Beth will produce two courses, snacks and bread to sit alongside. The menu price will include an arrival drink and the event will be a banquet style service.
On Wednesday 22nd October, Dave Wall from The Unruly Pig (voted the number 1 gastropub in the UK in theEstrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs awards 2025) will be visiting, followed by Masterchef winner Stu Deeley (29th November), and celebrity chef and Sunday Brunch host Simon Rimmer (14 January).
The guest chef nights promise a fantastic evening full of top quality food topped off with a delicious range of wines, seasonal cocktails and regularly changing beers on tap.
