Built in 1892 - 1893 The Foxfield Railway provided a link to the National Railway from the Foxfield Colliery. The line features some of the steepest gradients in Britain.

The Foxfield Railway offers a great afternoon out for all the family. Take a 5 mile round trip through rural Staffordshire on the heritage trains pulled by historic steam engines. Stop off for lunch in the station buffet or a drink in ‘The One Legged Shunter’ station bar.

Let the kids have a ride on the Foxfield Miniature Railway. Whatever your preference you are guaranteed a friendly welcome when you visit!
