Following the success of last year’s Summer of Music programme, Shrewsbury Town Council has announced an expanded programme for 2026 at the Quarry Bandstand.

Building on the popularity of the 2025 series, this year’s programme will feature more performances than ever before, with live music taking place on both Saturdays and Sundays ensuring the event is accessible to a wider audience.

Running from Sunday 10 May to Sunday 23 August, the Free Summer of Music series is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the park - just bring a picnic and a camping chair.
