The Lloyd Restaurant & Wine House to open at 5 Park Street in Shifnal this autumn.

Featuring forty-two covers, The Lloyd will be "an evening restaurant in the truest sense - unhurried, considered, and quietly exceptional. An intimate dining room. An open kitchen. A wine programme that rewards curiosity."

Laura Kimber joins The Lloyd as Head Chef and Director, bringing with her a track record built at the highest level of regional British dining. Most recently at Salt in Stratford-upon-Avon, her cooking is shaped by an obsession with seasonal produce, precise technique, and the kind of generosity that makes a plate feel like a gift.

The wine programme is built around genuine curiosity - producers with something to say, regions with something to prove.

Each selection is chosen in conversation with Laura’s menu, evolving with the seasons rather than sitting fixed on a page. A considered range of bottles available by the glass makes exploration not just possible, but easy - an invitation to take a chance, follow a recommendation, and discover something unexpected.
