Residing at the Corporation’s Manchester home of Media City in Salford Quays, the BBC Philharmonic is no stranger to Stoke-on-Trent, regularly presenting Victoria Hall concert-goers with works from its impressive repertoire.

This latest visit to the Potteries sees the orchestra getting to grips, in inevitably impressive style, with Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No3 and Tchaikovsky’s evocative ‘Winter Dreams’ symphony.
The conductor and soloist is award-winning South Korean pianist Sunwook Kim (pictured).
