Residents are invited to gather family and friends for an unforgettable evening of music, entertainment and community spirit as Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park returns on Saturday 5 September 2026.

Organised by Lichfield District Council, this much-loved annual event will once again transform Beacon Park into a spectacular open-air concert venue, welcoming thousands of people from across the district to enjoy live music in one of Lichfield’s most popular green spaces.

Entry to the event is free, with a range of optional upgrades available for those looking to enhance their experience, including reserved parking, tables, deckchairs and gazebos.

Councillor Phil Whitehouse, Cabinet Member for Operational Services, Parks and Waste, said:

“Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park has become one of the highlights of our annual events programme, and we are delighted to be bringing it back for 2026.

“It provides a wonderful opportunity for residents and visitors to come together, enjoy an evening of outstanding live music, and create lasting memories with family and friends in the beautiful surroundings of Beacon Park.”

Attracting more than 8,000 attendees each year, Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park remains free to attend thanks to the continued support of sponsors and partners.
