This year, include your four-legged family members in the Christmas fun with Dobbies’ Santa Paws, an event specifically designed for dogs at the Gailey store.

Dogs taking part in Santa Paws will get the chance to meet Santa and his elves, take part in a sniff-ari activity around the garden centre, capture a special memory with Santa Claus*, before receiving a gift for being a good pup.

On booking tickets for the experience at the Gailey store, customers can choose to make a donation to the Dogs Trust, the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. Dogs Trust are recommending this activity to owners as it gives dogs the opportunity to decompress, make their own decisions and build their confidence in a friendly setting.  

Dogs are warmly welcome at Dobbies’ Gailey store and are always encouraged to join in on all the festive family fun. Customers can also book tickets for children at Santa Paws so the family can experience Christmas together.

Dobbies’ Events Programme Manager, Ayesha Nickson, is very excited to welcome dogs and their families along to Dobbies’ Gailey store this Christmas. She said: “Our customers love to spoil their pooches and Santa Paws is a great way to do just that.

“Our Santa Paws event has grown in popularity in recent years, and we are looking forward to welcoming even more four-legged friends back this year to join in all the fun. With the addition of a children’s ticket the whole family can spend quality time together and take part.”

The Santa Paws experience is priced at £10.50- £12.50 per dog (depending on location) and starts on 29 November, running through to Christmas Eve.

Dobbies host a monthly competition where customers can enter a photo of their dog to be in with the chance of winning a £50 gift card to use in store, and Santa Paws is a great opportunity to take the perfect puppy portrait.
