Thirteen new shows have joined the line-up of the New Vic’s 2025 programme. From outstanding comedy through to brilliant music and the return of David Graham Productions with two shows featuring loveable rogue, ‘Eric’, there is something for everyone this autumn season.

From Saturday 23 August to Friday 5 of September, David Graham Productions return with brand-new show, Hi-De-Hi Eric. A fun-filled frolic of fabulous foolishness, in this new story Eric takes Bev on a seaside holiday… but with the threat of holiday camp closure, can Eric save the day?

The Eric franchise then returns again from Monday 1 to Saturday 13 December, with fun-packed festive treat, Eric’s Christmas Turkey, filled with 60s songs, lots of laughs, dancing, and hilarious twists and turns.

To celebrate South Asian Heritage Month, the Sensasian Festival returns. In partnership with Appetite, the New Vic willpresent Yeh Dosti on Friday 25 July. Marking the 50th anniversary of the iconic Bollywood film, Sholay, this unforgettable performance features mesmerising dance choreographed to the film’s legendary soundtrack, bringing to life the energy, drama, and romance that made Sholay a timeless classic. On Saturday 26 July, Ladies of Laughter will then provide laughs aplenty as a line-up of comedians take to the in-the-round stage. The full line-up will be announced shortly.

On Thursday 10 July The Fleetwood Mac Experience pay tribute to one of the most notorious rock groups of all time. Showcasing smash hits including ‘Go Your Own Way’ and ‘Don’t Stop’ this concert is a must-see for Fleetwood Mac fans. The following week, on Monday 14 July, Buddy Holly & The Cricketers will delight crowds with their fabulous show celebrating all Holly’s hits and classics from his rock ’n’ roll pals. 

Later in July, the unforgettable dining experience Faulty Towers is back on Tuesday 29 to Wednesday 30 July serving the most deliciously comedic chaos in the theatre restaurant.

Later in the year, Captain Nicholas Moffat and his ensemble of 20 brave musicians set sail for Newcastle-under-Lyme as The Old Time Sailors bring the wild uninhabited islands of Irish Punk, Shanty Punk, Polka Rock, Romani Punk, Dark Cabaret and Twisted Circus to the stage on Monday 22 September.

October then sees the return of two sell-out stars. BAFTA-nominated powerhouse Rosie Jones visits the New Vic with her brand new stand-up show I Can’t Tell What She’s Saying on Wednesday 29 October and legendary crooner Tony Christietakes to the stage on Friday 31 October performing trademark hits like ‘Is This The Way To Amarillo’ and ‘I Did What I Did For Maria’ as part of his Unplugged tour.

On Wednesday 17 December The Albion Band return with their special seasonal show featuring the combined talents of Simon Nicol (Fairport Convention), Kellie While (Albion Band) Simon Care (Edward II) and the Guvnor himself, Ashley Hutchings MBE.  Then, on Saturday 20 December the popular Froncysyllte Male Voice Choir will delight audiences with the sound of Wales for their annual festive visit.

Finally, in January, The Pasadena Roof Orchestra will transport audiences into the glamourous world of the roaring 20s and 30s with the finest hot rhythms and sweet melodies of an iconic era of music on Thursday 8 January, before The Bluejaysbring their energy and exuberance to the theatre on Wednesday 14 January for a concert of 50s and 60s classics from the likes of Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry and The Beatles.
