Patterns are everywhere in the world of cars. From elegant detailing on a car’s body, to charming patterns in the upholstery, a lot of work goes into creating cars that look good.

The museum plays host to over 400 historic British cars, with a huge range of patterns across the collection to explore, a range that has inspired these May Half-Term Activities.

Each day, there will be a costumed character running the Character-Driven Family Tour, exploring shapes and patterns across the collection. If you want to get creative, visit the Learning Hub where you can use the stamps in the Make Your Own Pattern Paper activity.

Finally, enjoy a self-guided trail as you check out the fastest cars in the collection to crown the true speed champion of the British Motor Museum.

All these activities are included in the price of admission.
