Mini Museum Objects: Build It. Print It. Take It Home.
Ever wondered how those little plastic gadgets, model parts, or custom tools are actually made? This relaxed, three-hour introduction to 3D printing is designed especially for grandads, dads and lads who like to tinker, build, fix - or simply find out how things work.
No experience needed, however participants must know how to operate a computer. We’ll start from scratch and guide you through the basics: how 3D printers work, how simple designs are created on screen, and how an idea becomes a real, solid object you can hold in your hand.
Come along, roll up your sleeves, and discover how digital ideas turn into real-world objects.
