Full casting and the creative team have been announced for the Belgrade Theatre’s pantomime, Cinderella, playing from 22 November 2023 - 13 January 2024.

Join Cinderella on her quest to win the heart of the dashing Prince Charming, with a little help from her best friend Buttons and the enchanting Fairy Godmother. But with her evil Ugly Sisters determined to ruin her chances and the clock about to strike midnight, will Cinders manage to win the Prince’s love before the spell runs out?

Written and directed by Iain Lauchlan, this year’s panto will feature the spectacular sets, lavish costumes and sing-along-songs that make a trip to the Belgrade a truly unmissable Christmas treat for thousands of families every year. What’s more, with not one but two dastardly dames in the shape of the Ugly Sisters, this year’s show is set to be double the fun (and mayhem)!

Leading the cast of Cinderella is writer and director Iain Lauchlan (a veteran of numerous pantomimes in Coventry, including most recently Jack and the Beanstalk and Beauty and the Beast) as the Dame ‘Flatula’, alongside Andy Hockley (Wicked, West End, Jack and the Beanstalk, Belgrade) as the other Dame, Ugly Sister ‘Aroma’, Craig Hollingsworth (11 previous Belgrade panto credits, including Jack and the Beanstalk and Dick Whittington) as ‘Buttons’, Letitia Hector (Oscar at The Crown, Edinburgh Fringe,Thriller Live, UK Tour) as ‘The Prince’, with Emma Mulkern (Jack and the Beanstalk, Belgrade, The Saw Immersive Experience, London) as Fairy Godmother/Wicked Stepmother, Loren Sunni () as ‘Dandini’ and ensemble member Aonghas Ewan (Witches of Eastwick in concert, London).

The cast has a talented group of new graduates, all making their professional debuts, including Holly Topping as ‘Cinderella’ and ensemble members Megan Cook, Cameron Gabriel and Lydia Bell.
