Olivier Award-winning musical Operation Mincemeat will make two return visits to the West Midlands region next year.

The hit show tells the true story of a Second World War initiative, during which British intelligence made use of a corpse carrying false documents to mislead Nazi Germany about the Allied invasion of Sicily.

The show’s touring production stops off at Birmingham theatre The Alexandra from Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 August, and then visits the Coventry Belgrade from Tuesday 12 to Saturday 16 October 2027.
