A Coventry-based baby hospice is challenging people to join in its February fundraising initiative for 2022 by completing 3,000 squats throughout the month.
Zoë's Place Baby Hospice raised a whopping £14,000 in 2021 via the Squat Challenge and it's hoped that this year's fundraising efforts will exceed that amount.
It's up to individuals on how they complete the challenge but Zoë's Place have a plan to help you on your way. Personal trainer and Zoë’s Place supporter, Meera, will be on hand to show you the different ways you can get involved.
Beth Richardson (Community and Events Fundraiser at Zoë’s Place Coventry) said of the challenge: “We are so excited that the 28 Day Squat Challenge is back for 2022. What better way to kick-start your year and show your support for the babies and infants at Zoë’s Place!”
Registration is free and all Zoë’s Place ask is that you raise as much as you can!
