The long-established Royal Shakespeare Company is currently treading the boards at the newly developed Courtyard Theatre, which has been constructed on the site of the Company’s third Stratford theatre, The Other Place. The Courtyard Theatre is being used while the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Swan Theatre are being redeveloped. The RSC’s programme of productions features not only the works of Shakespeare but also embraces classic plays by various other legendary playwrights.
