The 2026 event features Free live chef demonstrations, including TV and local chefs; spectacular live-fire cooking hosted by DJ BBQ; 120+ food & drink exhibitors and street food vendors; food talks, tastings & producer stories; Castle Kitchen demos of butchery and artisan skills; hands-on affordable food and fire cooking workshops and live music and entertainment.
There is also Friday night live music with Call of the Kraken, BBQ, pizza, DJs, local beers, cocktails and fire breathers, plus free family fun all weekend in the new Little Foodies zone with Activity Platter, Craft & Crumbs tent, and Kids Kitchen workshops.
