After the smash-hit success of A Shoddy Christmas Carol - the best-selling Studio Christmas show in Garrick history - Shoddy Theatre return with a brand-new festive fiasco: A Shoddy Nativity.

It's opening night of the school nativity. The parents are seated, the tea lights are flickering, and the curtain is about to rise - but there’s just one problem: the children haven’t arrived.

With the audience waiting and the vicar already in the front row, a frazzled teacher, an overconfident deputy head, and a well-meaning but wildly misguided TA are forced to step in and save the show. What follows is a heroic (and deeply ill-advised) attempt to stage the Nativity themselves - complete with improvised costumes, missing props, and some very creative interpretations of the Christmas story.

Expect frantic costume changes, ill-advised accents, accidental theology, and carols that spiral spectacularly out of control in this gloriously shambolic retelling of the greatest story ever told.
