Mention Alan Ayckbourn and a list of brilliant observational comedies springs readily to mind, the most famous among which were penned way back in the 1970s - think Relatively Speaking, Absurd Person Singular, The Norman Conquests, Bedroom Farce. Now in his mid-80s, Alan continues to churn out high-quality plays like there’s no tomorrow. Earth Angel is his latest (and 91st), a work in which he poses the question: what makes someone a good person?
The production stars familiar television face Liza Goddard. And, as is often the case with his plays, Alan takes the directorial reins.
