The Script have announced a new UK tour - and it's coming to Birmingham this autumn.

After 10 billion streams, 12 million album sales, six UK number one albums and two Platinum-certified US singles, The Script return with the release of their new album Satellites on 16 August 2024.

Vowing to pay tribute to their friend (Mark Sheehan) by continuing the band they had built together, vocalist Danny O’Donoghue returned to the studio and experimented in a number of ways: using 808s and playing with R&B-inspired sounds, focusing on upbeats sonics, and co-writing with hitmakers Steve Robson (Rascal Flatts, Take That) and Wayne Hector (One Direction, Nicki Minaj) as well as bandmate Glen Power. What emerged is ‘Satellites’, an utterly uplifting collection of songs that forges a new future for The Script while remembering that although Mark may no longer be here, he remains a vital part of everything that they do.

After reuniting for select shows of collective grieving and joyous communion with The Script family in 2023, the band are about to head out on a massive tour supporting P!nk across the UK, Europe and America before returning to big stages of their own this autumn.

The Script play Utilita Arena Birmingham on Friday 22 November. Tickets go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 24 May here.
