Following the Black Country Living Museum's recent win at the 2025 VisitEngland Awards for Excellence, the museum will be hosting a Celebration Weekend this weekend.

Taking place on on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July, the weekend is set to be 'filled with summer fun, freebies, and a whole lot of bostin’ Black Country spirit'.

The museum was awarded Gold for 'Large Visitor Attraction of the Year', beating national favourites like Liverpool Football Club Tours & Experiences and the National Space Centre, and to say thank you, the museum are marking the occasion with free Marshfield Farm ice creams, free rides on the vintage fairground, sports day fun in Folkes Park and more.
