Wolverhampton's Wightwick Manor will once again host free family yoga sessions this summer.
Sessions will take place outside in Wightwick’s gardens with onsite yoga teacher Heather with the stunning backdrop of the beautiful Victorian manor. The class will involve a short warm up followed by a combination of traditional yoga posture and fun additions to keep youngsters engaged, ending with a brief active meditation.
These yoga sessions are suitable for adults and children who are able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
It is essential for participants to bring yoga mats/blankets, extra layers and whatever you feel is appropriate for the weather outside.
These summer classes will be a blend of learning, relaxation and outdoor fun all included with your normal entry fee to the property, running on Friday 8, 15, 22 and 29 August from 10.20am - 11am.
On your first time attending a class with Heather please try to arrive 10 minutes early for an essential introduction, you will find her on the Thimbles Lawn.
All attendees will be asked to fill in a confidential heath questionnaire before participating.
Normal admission costs to the property apply, no booking required.
