Malvern Autumn Show (in association with Westons) is set to return to Three Counties Showground from Friday 26 until Sunday 28 September 2025 with a blaze of autumnal colour, gigantic fruit and veg, special guests, unique experiences and wheelbarrows-full of family fun! Malvern Autumn Show is one of the UK’s biggest and most popular annual harvest season celebrations, and here are six top reasons to visit this year’s show:


  1. Feast your eyes on gigantic vegetables

A unique highlight of Malvern Autumn Show is the internationally renowned CANNA UK National Giant Vegetables Championship, in which competitors from across the country will once again battle it out for a chance to win coveted Guinness World Records titles for supersized crops. Adults and children alike can feast their eyes on giant gourds, massive marrows, colossal cucumbers, gigantic pumpkins and many more incredible crops. This is a Malvern Autumn Show highlight visitors won’t want to miss!

  1. Talks from leading horticulturalists and celebrity gardeners

This year’s Malvern Autumn Show promises another stellar line-up of expert horticulturalists happy to share their skills and expertise, plus top tips for the coming seasons.

Hosting the Garden Theatre at this year’s Show will be August Bernstein, head of The Raymond Blanc Gardening School at the two-Michelin-star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. August will welcome special guests to the stage across the long weekend to share their experience and top tips during Gardeners’ Question Time, including BBC Gardeners’ World presenters Monty Don OBE and Adam Frost. Also joining August on the Garden Theatre stage is Manoj Malde, TV and radio presenter, author and RHS ambassador, sharing his tips and experience on creating wildlife gardens. Irish gardening content creator and TV presenter, Niall McCauley, will also join the line-up, along with Kate Cotterill, CEO of She Grows Veg, who will be sharing the story behind the creation of her UK company which sells over 150 heirloom variety of seeds for edibles, and regular guest of the show, Jonathan Moseley (leading floral designer, writer and broadcaster), who will be celebrating the arrival of autumn with glorious seasonal arrangements.

  1. On your marks, get set, bake!

After a successful debut at last year’s Malvern Autumn Show, the much-loved The Great Malvern Cake Off tent will return, hosted by chef, author and regular on ITV’s This Morning, Marcus Bean.

Joining Marcus in the tent across the weekend will be a host of familiar faces from The Great British Bake Off, including Martha Collison from GBBO in 2014, Candice Brown, winner of the 2016 series, Briony May Williams, semi-finalist of the 2018 series, Lizzie Acker, quarter-finalist from 2021 and fellow series contestant Freya Cox.

As well as Q&A sessions, visitors can enjoy cake and dessert baking demos, and fun challenges and competitions, including head-to-head cake decorating challenges and race against the clock competitions, plus new classes for 2025 including ‘Fantastic Focaccia’ for adults, ‘Gingerbread Friends’ for children plus a ‘Best in the Business’ category for professionals.

  1. Grow your knowledge and plant collection

Malvern Autumn Show is a spectacular celebration of the rich, autumnal season, packed full of horticultural delights and impressive displays, appealing to both well-seasoned growers and those just starting out.

In the UK’s largest Harvest Pavilion, visitors will discover a true celebration of ‘growing your own’, with ‘The Grow to Show’ section attracting 1,700 entries in over 100 different classes for everything from cut flowers, vegetables, fruit, alpine succulents to pot plants and more. The National Plant Societies will be on hand to share their passion and knowledge on growing the perfect specimen, giving budding gardeners the chance to enter next year.

The Gardening Village will be filled with impressive floral displays and seasonal bargains, where green-fingered visitors will be eyeing up next season’s inspiration and browse the vibrant Bulb Market, brimming with specialist growers and a dazzling array of bulbs ready for spring planting. The RHS Flower Show in the Floral Marquee is a true celebration of plants and flowers featuring stunning floral displays and plenty of rare and unusual plants that aren’t to be missed! 

Award-winning horticulturist Jon Wheatley will unveil an exciting new feature, Incredible Edibles, at this year’s show. Located beside the Garden Theatre, the display transforms rustic carts, churns and characterful planters into abundant edible gardens bursting with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs. Visitors can step inside a beautifully planted greenhouse, offering an immersive look at how edible plants can be grown in creative and sustainable ways. 

  1. Wheelbarrows-full of family fun!

Malvern Autumn Show is a great day out for families, with plenty to keep all ages entertained. Animal-lovers should head to the World of Animals to meet a delightful array of creatures - from farmyard favourites including alpacas, pygmy goats and miniature ponies, to exotic companions. Visitors can enjoy hands-on experiences and exciting animal displays, including Exmoor ponies musical rides, the Parade of Animals, and thrilling Top Dog performances including the Naylor agility challenge and Flyball.

Attwell Farm Park, based in Worcestershire, will also be joining the fun this year, bringing an animal encounter and interactive learning area to the show.

Dino enthusiasts will be keen to experience a fun-filled theatrical Dinosaur Show, new for 2025. Full of slapstick mischief, educational entertainment and lots of magical moments, the show is fun for all ages and will teach children and adults how to train their own dinosaurs with the help of some rather sneaky, cheeky dinosaurs! Dino Walkabouts will give visitors the chance to walk with the dinosaurs, take a selfie, and maybe even give them a big Dino hug if they’re brave enough!

Other family fun to enjoy includes the Vintage Fun Fair, Willow Weaving, Traditional Carpentry, Circus Skills (weekend only), Hands on Arts and Crafts, Rosie’s Bookstore and Colouring Station, and Midlands Air Ambulance Helipod (Friday Only).

  1. Eat, drink and dance!

Visitors to Malvern Autumn Show will be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink, with mouth-watering street food on the green from the likes of The Beefy Boys, Mookies Indian Street Food (Punjabi Street Food) and Mac Daddies Gourmet Mac and Cheese, complete with a large seating area and live music to enjoy throughout each day while tucking in to some tasty food. There will also be a selection of indoor food markets to explore and purchase high quality local food, to either enjoy at the show or at home, including the Boffy Artisan Food Market and Great Taste Food & Drink Market.

A new feature for 2025, All Things Drink, in collaboration with Piston Distillery, is the place to go to sip, shop and discover. Visitors can relax with a handcrafted gin or cocktail while enjoying great music in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Head to the Vintage Village and step into a bygone era with a tearoom, dance tent, live music and vintage attire. Don’t miss the special guest performance from former BBC Strictly Come Dancing star, singer, TV presenter, author and farmer, JB Gill, who will be dazzling visitors with his dancing skills at the Dance Tent on Sunday.

A new Weekend Ticket is available to book online in advance, giving visitors access to Malvern Autumn Show on both Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September, for just £35 (saving £12 compared to two individual day tickets).
