The arm of national catering company, Amadeus, responsible for the delivery of standalone event catering, has secured its latest contract.

Events By Amadeus has secured a three-year deal with Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry – where Dippy the dinosaur is currently in residence.

Taking a bespoke approach to the event catering options offered at this well-known Midlands location, Amadeus brings more than 45 years of expertise and exciting innovations to its kitchen. Thanks to the new partnership there is an array of new possibilities – from drinks receptions where guests can explore the art gallery’s ever-changing displays, to unique and formal dining events thanks to the shared space with iconic dino-in-residence, Dippy – a life-size, plaster-of-paris replica of a Diplodocus carnegii skeleton.

Events By Amadeus’ menus boasts an array of creative catering options for event organisers to ensure memorable food experiences for 50+ guests, with options available for every dietary need. Planning is also made simple thanks to a single point of contact in the team, the key catering liaison between the organiser, venue, and suppliers.

With a focus on sustainability, local sourcing is also a vital part of Amadeus’ ethos with 80% of food and beverage suppliers located within a 30-mile radius of the venue. This ensures that the food crafted by the team of experts is fresh and environmentally friendly with reduced food miles, emissions, and carbon footprint.
