Cornish Bakery is set to open its latest store on High Street in Worcester on Monday 20 October.

The independent bakery company from Mevagissey in Cornwall has been working over the past two months to transform the former Jack Wills clothing store into a 64-seater bakery and café.

Inside the building, the area has been transformed into a mid-century style space, featuring leather-upholstered banquet seating and complemented by natural planting.

Food, including pasties, sausage rolls, pastries, and cakes, will be available in the bakery, with products baked on site every day, with hot drinks also available.

The opening of Cornish Bakery has brought 15 permanent jobs and staff are set to choose a local charity to partner with.

The bakery will be open from 8am to 5pm seven days a week. Find out more about Cornish Bakery at thecornishbakery.com.
