Sisters Emily & Sophy launched open water swimming at Watersedge in the summer of 2022, with the aspiration of creating a unique sense of community, but also a place for people to connect back to themselves whilst being surrounded by nature. They have always had a strong desire to promote happiness and positivity as well as having a strong enthusiasm for wellbeing.

The 11 acre lake which Watersedge is based on and around offers a unique setting for this beautiful, holistic wellness venue. The spectacular location in the heart of Worcestershire boasts the biggest swim loop in the county of 750m (with smaller loops available too), making it ideal for both triathletes and swimmers.

It offers an array of wholesome sessions and retreats which are complemented by being quite literally on the water’s edge. The wood-fired saunas offer the chance to enhance your swimming experience and are one of a kind in the county.
