West Midland Safari Park have submitted plans to open eight more Safari Lodges.

Looking to open in 2024, the new lodges will offer incredible views of the park's African wild dogs and hippopotamus.

Out of the eight lodges two of them will be dual aspect, meaning from one side of the lodge visitors can see the energetic carnivores, and from the other side they can view the immense hippos.

The popular attraction already offers lion, rhino, red panda, elephant, giraffe, cheetah and tiger lodges.
