The Belgrade was built in 1958 as part of the city’s reconstruction after the Second World War. The venue’s main auditorium has seating for over 800 people. A second space, B2, holds around 300. The Belgrade’s stated aim is to be ‘one of the most dynamic producing theatres in the country’.
