The Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to Birmingham’s NEC this November, bringing together three days of wellbeing, spirituality and personal development experiences.

Running from 13 to 15 November, the festival features a packed programme of talks, workshops and immersive activities designed to inspire, educate and rejuvenate. Visitors can hear from a diverse line-up of speakers including bestselling spiritual author Steve Taylor, BBC Breakfast’s Dr Helen Wall, transformational strategist Poppy Delbridge, Chinese medicine expert Katie Brindle and actor-turned-intuitive life coach Phill Webster.

The event will also welcome bestselling author and WitchTok creator Lilly Statham, alongside psychic medium TJ Higgs and fairy expert Karen Kay, who will curate the festival’s new Enchanted Corner – a family-friendly space featuring storytelling, meditation and creative activities for children.

Included in the ticket price are a wide range of experiences, from yoga and breathwork sessions to sound baths, healing workshops and guided ceremonies. Visitors can also explore the Wellbeing Market, home to more than 125 independent brands offering everything from crystals and organic skincare to aromatherapy products, handcrafted gifts and wellness essentials.

Festival highlights include the Main Stage, Wellbeing Studio, Crystal Clear Psychics, Midlife Wisdom Stage, Haus of Wisdom discussion space, Alchemy of Sound experiences and a dedicated Ceremony Space.
