Enjoy Saturday morning yoga in the gardens

Learn how to calm your mind and ease into your weekend with gentle yoga and mindfulness at one of Worcester’s most historic and beautiful buildings and gardens.

Visitors will head into the walled gardens for hour-long restorative yoga sessions led by Zoe Meachem. Her sessions will be slow and gentle practices suitable for all levels of experience including beginners.

Zoe says, “I want to help people experience a calmer nervous system and how wonderful that can feel in our busy lives”.

The Commandery opens at 10am, sessions will begin at 10.15 promptly, priced at £10 per person. If you wish to visit the museum afterwards the museum is offering those booked onto yoga half-price admission. Entrance to the museum if free for all Commandery resident and season ticket holders.

What should I bring?

  • A yoga mat
  • Some pillows and blankets if you’d like to make yourself extra comfy

In the event of bad weather the yoga sessions will be held in the beautiful and private wooden-beamed Littlebury Room.
